We understand that making the switch to eco-friendly products can be a big step, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need to feel confident in your decision. Where is EZ Pur manufactured?
At EZ Pur, we take great pride in the fact that each of our products is carefully developed and manufactured at our production facility located in beautiful New Brunswick, Canada. Our in-house laboratory adheres to the stringent regulations, ensuring that every product we create is safe, effective, and of the highest quality.
What products does EZ Pur sell?
EZ Pur offers a diverse range of cleaning solutions for your household needs, including laundry detergent, hand soaps, air care products, and other essential cleaning products.
If I don't like the product, how can I return it?
We offer a money back guarantee if you don't like the product within 30 days (return shipping cost not included). Contact customer service, ship the product back to us, and we'll refund your money.
I can't complete the checkout process. What's going on?
How does the subscription process work? How hard is it to cancel?
If you decide you no longer want to receive EZ Pur, simply visit your account and you can change or cancel your existing subscriptions. If you have never logged in before, you will need to use the "Forgot your password?" option to setup your account using the same email address associated with your order.
How can I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. If you made a mistake at the time of ordering, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will do everything in our power to assist you.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 weeks following shipment, and include your order number. It will be our pleasure to help you.
I didn't receive my order.
EZ Pur is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders or delivery errors. It is the consumer's responsibility to verify their delivery information before finalizing the order. If a problem occurs with your order, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can resolve the situation with the carrier.
How much water is required?
Our laundry detergent concentrate comes in a convenient pouch that can make up to 1.8 L of liquid laundry detergent, enough for up to 65 loads of laundry. To use, simply mix the contents of the pouch with 7-1/2 cups of water and enjoy clean, fresh-smelling clothes that are gentle on your skin and the environment.
Should I use hot or cold water?
Both work very well. The hotter the water, the faster the detergent concentrate dissolves.
How do I mix the concentrate properly?
1.) Add 1.8 L (61 fl. oz. or 7 1/4 cups) of hot water to empty jug.*
2.) Pour the entire pouch contents int the jug of water.
3.) Shake well and let stand for 30 minutes before use.**
* We recommend hot water because it makes the powder dissolve quickly and evenly. **It's recommended to let the bottle sit to allow the suds to dissipate and the detergent to activate.
Have you finished your first jug? Repeat the above instructions but remember to rinse the bottle before mixing your next batch.
Can I use a jug I have at home?
Sure! The process is then the same as if you were using our bottles however, the measurements on the cap may differ from ours for load size.
26 ml (0.88 fl. oz.) is recommended for one medium size load.
What ingredients are in your products?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00.
All other orders are based on the size, weight and the location the item is being shipped to.
How can I track my shipment?
Upon shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you ordered eco-refills only, you may not have package tracking, as we use stamps. Otherwise, a tracking number will be included in the email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 3-5 business days.
Shipping times may vary with each carrier and each shipping region. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we can ship to most locations worldwide however, shipping rates and delivery times may vary dependant on the location.
Who is your carrier?
We work with several carriers, including Purolator, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and Loomis.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
The email may have ended up in your spam folder. If so, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you.
I haven't received my package, what should I do?
Email email@example.com within 3 weeks following shipment, and include your order number. It will be our pleasure to help you.
Is it normal if I haven't received a tracking number?
Some of our smaller shipments are sent untracked. If you haven’t received your shipment within 10 days after it has been shipped, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer fast, free shipping in Canada and the USA using Canada Post and USPS Standard Mail for most deliveries. On occasion, we may use other carriers to expedite parcels.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you do not like the product, for whatever reason, you can return it within 30 days. Some restrictions apply. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
